Customer Sales Representative (2006-107)

Description

JOB PURPOSE
This position sells Lifeline products and services by making outbound calls which are predominately routine, but may require some deviation from standard scripts or procedures, based on leads.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITITES

Sales:
Utilizes phone to convert sales leads into orders. May also use fax or e-mail to correspond to Caregivers, Local Program Managers, Health Care Professionals and Market Development Coordinators to effectively grow Lifeline Business.
Temporarily maintains referral source relationships that are in transition and/or without MDC coverage.
Will take Inbound Customer Sales calls as needed.

Sales Support:
May assist the Customer Sales Department (Inbound, MDC, Outbound) in a support role performing special projects or data entry.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience
Bachelor Degree or equivalent related work experience preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of successful telephone sales/customer service experience in a call center preferred.
Experience in managing multiple priorities and/or projects helpful.

Other
Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication skills, including appropriate grammar and spelling
Solid phone skills
Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of a variety of applications
Ability to work in a fast paced, changing, and challenging environment
