Ideal candidates are as follows:

*  Must have articulate, professional and effective communication skills

*  Must have 4 - 5+ years of sales experience

*  Property Management / Leasing, Real Estate, or Automotive Dealership is a HUGE plus

*  Must be a team player with a lot of focus, problem solving skills, and not be afraid to sell

 

Duties are as follows:

* Answer between 60-80 incoming calls daily.  Place approximately 20-40 outbound calls daily to existing customers

*  Suggesting information about other products and services we provide

*  Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers issue; determining the cause of the issue; selecting and explaining the best solution; expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution and a satisfied customer

*  Recommending potential products or services to management by gathering customer information and analyzing customers needs

FULL TIME (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) AND PART TIME (Mon-Fri 10am-2pm) POSITIONS AVAILABLE, RANGING IN PAY FROM $28,000 TO $32,000 A YEAR BASED ON EXPERIENCE!!
