This position is responsible for the overall supervision or the Dealer Order Desk Sales Team.?

Key Duties & Responsibilites

?
Direct responsibility for all the department employees (10 to 20) to ensure proper orientations, training, development, compensation and working conditions.
Assists and develops direct reports to achieve desired results
Review all paperwork in order to plan work activities, schedule appropriate personnel and coordinate workload.
Provide quality customer order support for Milgard customer base
Communicate professionally with Milgard customers and internal customers regarding product and business issues.
Support the order fulfillment process by working extensively with Outside Sales Representatives, Production personnel, Customer Service, Credit and Delivery
