Title:  Customer Service Representative   

 

Summary:  

  The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for handling all service issues in the store.  The CSR is one of the primary points of contact for Revol customers calling or visiting the store and must always be helpful, courteous and attentive to customer needs.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

-  1-2 years of customer service or retail experience

-  Ability to deal with complex technical and customer service issues.

-  Professional telephone etiquette and excellent oral and written communication skills.

-  Business math skills.

-  Computer literate with excellent data entry skills.

-  Self-motivated with strong positive attitude; desire and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

-  Ability to adapt and respond in a rapidly changing environment.

-  Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

-  Knowledge of company business product and plan.

-  Multi-tasking skills.

-  Must be willing to work flexible hours.

-  High school diploma; some higher education preferred.

-  Acceptable attendance record in accordance with company policy

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

-  Provide exceptional service to every customer and adhere to the Revol customer service standard.

-  Process all customer payments, returns and repairs.

-  Ensures that returns, repairs and adjustments are processed accurately, including completed paperwork, entering adjustments and information into the online system, and proper processing of equipment.

-  Helps co-workers problem solve customer operation issues by discussing and then developing possible solutions.

-  Educates potential new customers about Revol service (identifying the coverage area, discussing service costs, describing feature packages, and demonstrating how the phone becomes operational). ?

-  Keep updated on knowledge of wireless industry and latest development on local competition.

-  Communicate product and promotional information to customers effectively.

-  Assist the management team in organizing the inventory in the stockroom and on the sales floor.

-  Adhere to company and store policies and procedures.

-  Interact with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
