We are currently seeking to fill a customer service position in our Irvine, CA office.  In this position, your role will be to focus on developing and maintaining relationships with our current and future clients based on the West Coast, under the supervision of an experienced sales manager. You will be responsible for understanding our client?s needs and coordinating our client?s projects by interacting with our NY production department.  There is a high degree of multitasking in this position.

 

Responsibilities:

- Answering incoming calls

- Database entry of client orders

- Preparation and organization of pre-production materials

- Process the conversion of cassettes and other media to digital files

- Follow-up contact with clients after job completion

- General office management

Profile of the candidates:
For this entry level but very demanding position we require:

- Excellent communications skills

- Strong time management skills

- Attention to detail

- Ambitious personality

- General level of computer knowledge
- Experience uploading/downloading digital files from ftp sites
- Experience working with digital and analog audio/video formats

Annual Salary $32,000 plus bonus, or commensurate with experience.  Benefits include medical insurance and IRA.
