Job Details:

 

This is a remote, home based (in the Los Angeles area) telemarketing and customer service position. Works with team members within an account-centric framework to generate sales leads. Responsible also for follow up on sales leads to conduct customer satisfaction surveys.  Reports to a Client Services Manager and requires a heavy volume of interaction with the customer.

 

Essential Functions:

?Make prospecting telephone calls for the represented client for the purpose to obtain a pre-sale lead and create product or service exposure (30% of time)

?Follow up with sales leads to ensure client follow up and satisfaction (70% of time)

?Manage assigned territory through maintaining customer relationships, evaluating needs and assessing opportunities for appropriate product sales and services

?Meet and exceed quotas and performance metrics

?Ensure pertinent information is entered in the database

?Actively participate in assigned sales training, lectures, presentations and meetings

 

Requirements:

?Requires high phone activity (80+ calls per day)

?Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively over the telephone

?Excellent written and oral communication skills

?Ability to function in a PC environment and required to sit for sustained periods of time

?Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

?A PC with high speed internet access and a phone with an unlimited local and long distance plan (expenses reimbursed)
