Customer Service / Sales Representatives wanted for growing Sign*A*Rama located in Brighton, MI.

Sign-A-Rama, the world's largest sign and graphics franchise is seeking a customer service / sales representative for one of our most successful locations in Michigan.

 

Candidate will have strong communications skills, the ability to close sales, and a great attitude to service customers and succeed.  Organizational skills, basic computer skills, and own transportation a must.  This is a great opportunity to work in a creative and growing industry. Prior sign business experience, QuickBooks knowledge, MS Outlook experience and ACT experience are a bonus but not necessary - we will train.  Only fun people need apply.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to taking walk-in and call-in orders, following-up on completed orders, touching base with clients who have not done business with us within a certain time frame, meeting with clients at their place of business, assessing the job site, attending training seminars and sign expos, learning about vendor products and ordering products, designing some signs, supporting production when necessary and cold calling on a limited basis.
