There is an opening for a Customer Service Representative / Sales in Altec Parts Distribution at the Denver Service Center in Aurora, Colorado.

Responsibilities

* Receive and process parts orders, open, and close work orders.
* Provide a high level of customer service.
* Maintain adequate inventory levels, purchasing parts when necessary.
* Initiate collections activities on late receivables.
* Administer the return parts policy to suppliers.
* Work with vendors on parts and service issues.
* Research and promote new parts products to customers.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Only local candidates (50-mile) radius will be considered.

* A Bachelor's graduate could find challenge in the National Service business segment and career potential.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and interest is required. Additionally, customer service background and/or sales experience would provide good experience. If you have enjoyed these roles, this could be a career path with job satisfaction and success.

OR

* Associate?s degree in a technical field with a minimum of three years' experience in hydraulics/mechanics required.
* A minimum of two years of related sales and service experience required.
* Outstanding computer skills.
* Demonstrated mechanical aptitude required.
* Experience in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulics required.

Solve problems in a fast-paced, customer-oriented department. Use your strong communication skills, sense of urgency, creativity and organization.
