Customer Support Specialist - Knightdale

The Mobile Storage Group, a rapidly expanding leader in the storage container and trailer rental industry, is seeking a results driven individual for a Customer Support Specialist position in our Knightdale, NC location.
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

?  Handle inbound calls and close customer orders.

?  Process quotes, orders, pick-ups, relocations and other customer requests.

?  Effectively utilize computer-based sales tools in support of branch?s sales efforts.

?  Make outbound calls to follow up on marketing efforts such as direct mailers and call lists.

?  Work with branch management and outside sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Minimum Requirements: 

?  Minimum of one year experience in a telemarketing or customer service environment. 

?  Excellent telephone etiquette.  Ability to close orders utilizing telephone selling skills.

?  Organized and detail-oriented. 

?  Working knowledge of Word, Excel and internet functions.  Knowledge of RentalMan operating system a plus, but not required.

?  Ability to work overtime as needed.
