DELL Retail Sales Representative - Inland Center Mall

  Spherion, in partnership with DELL Direct Stores, is seeking
RETAIL SALES REPRESENTATIVES
for the Inland Center Mall, San Bernardino, CA

Position Description
Responsible for selling DELL?s products and services in a retail capacity (mall kiosk)
Products include: computers, laptops, printers, HDTV?s, cameras, PDA?s, etc.
Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards
Ensures monthly sales goals are met
Responsible for onsite operational activities
Works effectively in a team environment
Shares selling information and sales strategies with team members

 

Position Requirements
PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE A MUST (6-months minimum experience)
Retail experience a plus
Ability to project a positive sales attitude
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Must be able to work independently with limited direct supervision
Basic computer skills/knowledge required
Ability to work a 9-month temporary assignment
Criminal Background Check & Drug Test is required for all candidates

 


Location: San Bernardino, CA
Shift: Must be able to work mall hours, including days, nights and weekends
Status: Part-time
Salary: $12.00/hr base pay + bonuses; you can earn up to an additional $8/hr; plus paid training
