1. What are the major objectives to be accomplished by the person in this job?
' Provide data entry and ongoing data management services for sales and marketing customer and project related data using the P5 system.
' Provide troubleshooting and training support for the P5 system for sales and marketing users.

2. What are the most frequent and most essential work activities in this job?
' Processing incoming sales leads including loading off-line leads into the P5 system and assigning leads to sales agents.
' Oversight of data quality helping sales agents to enter useful and complete customer data.
' Setup and maintenance of template to aid in prospect management.
' Generating management reports from P5 database.

3. What people and how many are managed by the person in this job?
None

4. What are the primary people contacts in this job? (With whom? What purpose? How often?)
' Division sales and marketing employees in field offices who need assistance with their P5 related issues and data base management needs.
' Division sales management and regional marketing management who need data entry or data manipulation services or who need management reports generated.
' CDP Region marketing systems staff who will be providing overall support, development, and management services for the P5 system.

What are the prerequisites for employment? (Education, prior experience, other?)
1) Formal Education
a) High school diploma required
b) A college degree is preferred (Business Information Systems)

2) Work Experience
a) A minimum of 2 years experience with data intensive computer applications
b) A minimum of 2 years customer service related experience
c) A minimum of 3 years Microsoft product experience
d) A minimum of 2 years working with the Web
e) Experience doing data entry, data manipulation, and data management
f) Experience in a marketing and sales environment preferable
