Dealer Relations Manager

We are currently seeking a Dealer Relations Manager to manage a team of remote staff and national territory within our automotive division. This is a brand new position and a great opportunity for a self-starter.

Responsibilities:

- Manage remote staff: Recruit, train, set goals, evaluate, mentor, assist with deals
- Manage a large national territory: Set goals, forecast growth, plan resources, maintain dealer body
- Product development: Evaluate current products, develop new products, conduct market research, run product tests
- Trade marketing: Develop new sales collateral, attend trade shows
- National account management: Prospect for national accounts, sell custom programs, maintain and grow business, intervene in collections issues

Qualifications:

- Prior success managing a sales team
- Excellent communication skills
- Driven attitude and desire to succeed
- Team player
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the automotive dealer world is a definite plus
