Qualifications
Makes compelling presentations to a variety of audiences using visual aids, slide shows, and other media. Is adept at getting the attention and involvement of the most sophisticated and difficult audiences.
Has a successful track record working with sales organizations to achieve and exceed their sales goals.
Consistently identifies new sources of business.
Focuses the sales effort around identifying and fulfilling customers' current and future needs.
Encourages open communication by listening attentively and actively. Seeks to fully understand information from many points of view.
Ability to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships. Successfully manages customer expectations.
Extensive travel required.
Extensive experience in planning work, setting goals, outlining tasks, and contingency planning.
Takes initiative to become an expert at the job. Has a thorough understanding of the job's role in the organization's success.
Skilled at using the phone to get sales. Prepares list of leads, delivers benefit statements, handles objections, and records statistics on each call.
Has a razor sharp intellect, analyzes highly complex information and makes sound recommendations.
Has perfect attendance and can be trusted to handle a high level of responsibility.
Maintains company values and demands the highest standards of conduct from self and others.
Projects a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust.
Is team-oriented and works collaboratively to achieve team goals.
Develops long term promotional plans to maximize revenues. Oversees promotional activities, including providing appropriate incentives, selecting delivery methods, and quantifying the results of the promotion.
Can explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications. Knows the strengths and weaknesses of competitors' products.
Has created lasting and successful relationships with clients.
