Position Description:

Responsible for meeting divisional sales objectives for the private & public sector marketplace. Responsible for recruiting and selecting qualified candidates for vacant sales positions. Manage the activities for division & field sales personnel. Responsible for implementation of sanofi pasteur sales policy & procedures. Coach and counsel division BPSs to utilize product and technical knowledge in the selling process. Responsible for BPS competency development within the division.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree. 5+ years experience in outside sales. Previous management experience preferred.
