Position Summary:
Sell Fisher Scientific products and services by telephone to established customers and develop new opportunities with potential customers. Supports sales management plans by achieving sales and profit forecasts, maintains effective customer relations, and assures market penetration and profitability.

Required Skills:
1.Secures new and renew orders, cross sells, and up-sells to existing customers in the assigned territory. Increases profitable sales growth and territory penetration. Review customer purchasing history for contract compliance. Coordinate contract renewals. Work with customer to consolidate vendor purchases. Identify comparable HealthCare products for cross sells.
2.Seeks out and follows-up on leads for potential customers.
3.Maintains and manages territory records and files.
4.Provides pricing quotes. Updates customer?s product pricing at regular intervals to manage profitability in territory.
5.Maintains current knowledge of competitor activity, products, services, and other general information of interest to customers.
6.Informs customers of supply and price trends and assists in inventory control.
7.Performs other duties as assigned. Participates in training and meetings.

Experience:
- 2-3 Years sales experience or 3 or more years of customer service experience.
?Proficient with MS Office and internet.
?The following experience or knowledge is preferred:
oPrior laboratory sales
oCustomer service experience preferred
oStrategic selling
oFisher Scientific product knowledge

Education: Bachelors degree in Science, Biology, or related discipline.
