Direct Sales Representative

·   Qualify and sell a variety of LoJack products and services to consumers via inbound calls that contribute to individual and overall revenue targets.

? Build list of prospects by collecting pertinent data that allows LoJack to build a relationship with consumers that are not ready to purchase.

? Work with regional offices to set up LoJack installations.

? Enter all orders and leads into the Direct Sales Order System and track them through to completion.

? Complete and accurate recording of all information on a daily basis in the Direct Sales Order System.

? Conduct outbound sales programs to your leads as well as cross and up sell existing customers. 

? Ensure you are on track to hit or exceed your monthly targets.

? Work individually and as part of a team to achieve departmental goals.

? Communicate with supervisor and department to provide sales updates, raise issues, make suggestions, and implement new programs.

 

? Execute all inside sales programs with enthusiasm and insight as to the specific needs of the various programs.

 

Reports To: Direct Sales Supervisor

 

Experience Level:  2-3 years of Inside Sales experience

 

Education Level:  College Degree preferred.

 

 

Minimum Requirements:  Must be mature, professional, and a team player.  Must be personable, enthusiastic, assertive, and dependable.  Must be organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and a proactive communicator.  Must be self-motivated to achieve the highest standards/sales goals.  Must be a creative problem-solver with the ability to juggle many tasks and meet deadlines.  Must be able to work with minimal supervision.  Must be computer literate with proficiency in Excel and Word.  Must have previous sales experience.

 

Work Week/Hours: Hours for this position are M-F 11am-8pm EST.  Occasional Saturdays and holiday may be required and are usually considered paid overtime.  The direct sales department will be providing service to customers nationally, therefore all applicants must be flexible and available to work as needed.Kelly Services is an Equal Opportunity EmployerContact?Information?:.Kelly Services
