OPPORTUNITY

Oasis Outsourcing is seeking a Director, Business Development Manager to lead and manage our Human Resources Outsourcing product.  Position is based in our West Palm Beach Corporate office.

 

SUMMARY

Leads the strategic direction and business development for the high-potential HRO business, key responsibilities include:Directs, plans, develops, establishes, and maintains the overall business strategies, initiatives, objectives and goals for the HRO business.Directs and oversees products/services to support and align with the overall goals of the HRO business, including:Researches new products/servicesProducts/services enhancementsProducts/services redesign New development of products/servicesUnderstands and develops product/services pricing. Assesses, identifies and prioritizes business-building opportunities for HRO business, including opportunity gaps and key market trends.Develops and executes sales strategy for HRO business while maintaining PEO business, includingBuilds and leads an effective HRO sales force Develops and implements an effective sales incentive compensation plan to motivate sales forceCreates and establishes effective approaches to develop selling propositions and deal closures.Provides credible information regarding opportunities, closure probability, anticipated closure date, estimated price, and pertinent next steps, etc.

 Familiar with a variety of HRO industry concepts, practices, and procedures; or has ability to rapidly develop a thorough knowledge of HRO businessFamiliar with traditional and interactive marketing and branding strategies to collaborate with marketing to brainstorm and create materials, programs, etc. to effectively promote HRO products and services.Identifies potential HRO business partners and negotiates agreements. Develop and maintain strong client, staff and partner relationships. Thinks and acts strategically as well as tactically to achieve business plan results Collaborates effectively with marketing, business operations managers and other departments within the company

 

QAULIFICATIONS

Interested candidates must have 8 plus years in Payroll/HRO/PEO sales/sales management.  Must have strong working knowledge of payroll and HRO operations and be detailed oriented.  Must have demonstrated track record of achievement in driving revenue.  Start up or business development experience in payroll/HRO or similar product a definite plus.  Strong oral and written presentation skills required.
