Director Channel Finance & Project Managment

"Job Title: • Director of Channel Operations

Vonage, the leading provider of internet telephone services offers a compelling and rewarding career opportunity for a highly talented, motivated, and energetic individual who will direct and manage all financial and project management programs in support of Vonage's retail channels. This includes the national retail, indirect, e-tail, and direct retail channels.

Responsibilities Include:
? Directs and coordinates all Indirect Channel support activities with regard to managing projects including interfacing with other Vonage departments including Marketing, Finance, Development, Customer Care, and Operations.
? Directs and coordinates all timelines and activities around new retailer, dealer, and Private Label launches.
? Directs, manages, and coordinates all Indirect Channel projects activities as relates to development projects. Acts as a liaison between Project Management, Developers, and the Sales Channel
? Directs all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, P&L, and the timely payment of commissions
Creation and distribution of metrics to measure results of retail initiatives in conjunction with Vonage Marketing Group
? Other projects as assigned"

Job Requirements:
? Minimum of 4-year college degree preferred
? 2-5 years experience in retail operations management preferred.
? Proven track record in financial analysis Facility with Microsoft Office.
? Some travel required
? Effective communication and presentation skills
? Meeting facilitation skills
? Proven ability to follow-up and complete tasks in a timely manner
