Director, Disney Reservation Center

Job Description: RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide sales operational accountability and sales leadership for the Disney Reservation Center, both in Orlando and Tampa. Lead the daily operations and management of the centers in Orlando and Tampa and the Sales and Services lines of business. Create and implement solutions leading to break-through programs designed to generate incremental room nights and admissions. Help champion the future direction of growth at the Disney Reservation Center

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Proven sales leadership experience in a high-volume environment

Demonstrated experience in implementing a high volume Recognition Strategy Program

Demonstrated strong partnering, coaching and mentoring skills

Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated budget management skills

Demonstrated strategic and creative thinking skills

Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous executive leadership experience

Proven sales call center experience

Demonstrated experience leading a call center function

Demonstrated experience with a complex product

Demonstrated experience in CRM sales environment

Demonstrated scheduling management skills
