The position of Director of Programs & Marketing has recently become available in the Customer Operations Resource Center based in Alpharetta, GA.

Position reports to the Division VP, Customer Operations Resource Center. Direct management of two Program Coordinators and two Direct Marketing professionals. Interaction with the Sales Center Management, Sales Center Representatives and Sales Associates.Position Description

Minimum Requirements

Management Requirements:
No previous experience required. Will manage two Program Coordinators and two Direct Marketing professionals.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree, at a minimum, in business, healthcare or information systems. MBA/MHA preferred. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Powerpoint, Word and Excel. Knowledge of Business Objects and Siebel highly desirable.

Experience Requirements:
5 -7 years operational, information systems, sales or marketing experience. Healthcare knowledge required. Knowledge of McKesson Business Units, products and services preferred. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.Additional Knowledge & Skills
