REALTOR.com is seeking a Regional Director. This is a field-based senior sales professional position. The RD works an assigned geographic territory and is assigned a quota based on existing business and opportunity. The RD prospects for new business from a list of real estate companies in the territory provided by the company. Because the products and services sold to the companies are based on their listings which are already displayed on their official website, the products and company are well known, so prospecting is not cold-calling. Regional Directors build lasting business relationships with their customers and become trusted advisors as the real estate companies develop their advertising strategies and budgets.

In addition to managing their own territories, Regional Directors participate in trade shows and events at the local, state and national levels.

Travel is estimated at 50% of the time. This territory will be the North-East (ME, NH, VT, RI, MA, PA and parts of CT and NY)
