We are seeking a qualified Director for our Sales Operations.
This position is responsible for developing the tools, strategy, and analysis to support the sales organization in meeting or exceeding the group sales goal. Responsibilities will include:Re-engineer the Sales infrastructure to ensure that the essential information, policies & procedures, training, sales reporting and general support are established and operate effectively. Ensure that all levels of sales management have the necessary intelligence/reporting to accurately forecast/analyze sales trends, gaps and opportunities. Provide strategic direction to the Sales Leadership and other Functions to ensure that the sales processes run efficiently and effectively to deliver the overall sales. Over haul Inside Sales infrastructure and processes to ensure efficient and effective use of organization to drive sales growth and deliver revenue goals.
Required:BS/BA from an accredited university 10+ years management and/or project management experienceAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and WordProven ability to build and lead a strong teamExceptional analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills
Desired:Post-graduate work in management, finance, sales/marketingIndustry knowledge in the field of education-based products, particularly in the areas of assessment and reporting
