Director of Business Development & Corporate Services

This role will be responsible for identifying new clients, implementing a marketing strategy, maintaining relationships with current clientele and expanding services, and playing an active role in community and civic organizations to further network and develop relationships for the organization. Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant business development/sales experience, be familiar with the Columbia business community, have a minimum of a Bachelors degree (MBA preferred), and superior communication (written and verbal) skills. Knowledge of the real estate market and financial institutions is considered a plus, as is an outgoing, proactive and results driven orientation.
