Director of Consumer Sales and Support

The Director of Consumer Sales and Support reports to the Vice President of Consumer Sales & Marketing. This position is responsible for managing all sales and support activities relative to registered customer base, which is expected to grow to millions of customers over time. Responsibilities include the creation, installation, and maintenance of the processes and resources required to deliver a unique and superior customer experience. This experience will include up-selling new registering customers, and implementing customer base promotions to generate recurring sales. The position also includes P&L responsibility for customer base sales.

Areas of Responsibilities:

? Development and installation of all customer service processes including gift card redemption, order tracking, customer issue resolution, and QA metrics.
? Managing outsourced customer service call centers.
? Working with operations to reconcile IS systems and resolve customer order issues.
? Identifying and directing the installation of a large scale CRM package.
? Managing the relationship with outsourced customer service call centers.
? Working with marketing to develop and implement customer base promotions.
? P&L responsibility for on-going sales to the registered customer base.

Must have the following experience/skills to be considered for this position:

? Work in a fast paced and high growth business environment which includes responsiblity of building a consumer sales and support infrastructure including installation of CRM systems.
? Minimum of 5 years experience in consumer sales and support management including management of a large installed consumer customer base, managing high-volume call centers, and managing CRM systems.
? Worked in a director level position or higher in consumer sales and support for more than 2 years.
? Active management of a registered customer base of over 100,000 customers.
? Experience launching several major cross-functional programs or products.
? Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university.
