Director of Custom Sales - Dancing Deer Baking Company

 

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, resourceful superstar Sales Director to run our Custom Sales Channel and take it to the next level. This person will be responsible for significantly growing our business with large Corporate clients, national retailers, online and catalog resellers, selling both branded and private label products. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in direct sales, relationship management/building, new customer acquisition, project and people management. Specialty food industry experience and an understanding of the product development process would be ideal. This is a very exciting and challenging opportunity within a one-of-a-kind organization.

Objectives:
? Manage Custom sales channel to ensure the business achieves or exceeds sales budget and margin target.
? Analyze sales to identify opportunities for growth.
? Work effectively with Product Development Department to present Reseller and Corporate buyers custom products that meet margin targets.
? Aggressively source new Custom business, while streamlining processes and keeping an eye toward improving efficiency in the administration and production of custom jobs.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years experience in sales in a fast-paced, growing organization.
