Director of Employer Business Development (Telecommute!)

Equipped with the industry’s leading capabilities, you would be independently responsible for selling Health and Productivity solutions to Fortune 2000 employers and external channel partners. Primary responsibilities include:

 
Establishing prospects as well as pipeline development
Contacting decision makers and qualifying new opportunities
Gaining an understanding of client needs and designing appropriate solutions for them
Developing annual territory management and sales plans
Establishing and maintaining long-term business relationships
Managing the entire customer sales process from discovery through ongoing ownership of the client relationship



Significant field sales experience in healthcare/wellness solutions or consulting services is required. Extensive business development experience is essential. PC and MS Office proficiency are a must, as is Internet savvy. A strong background in ASO services is preferred. Working knowledge of wellness strategies, disease management, care management, and utilization management are also desired. Experience working with very high-end clients is a big plus.
