Director of Field Sales Acquisition

Our services include: a full suite of human resource administrative services; integrated securities transaction processing and investor communications services for the financial services industry; computing solutions for auto and truck dealers and vehicle manufacturers; and computer-assisted auto damage repair estimating, parts availability, and fee and utilization audits of bodily injury claims for auto accidents and workers' compensation.

 

The Director of Field Sales, Acquisitions will identify, prioritize and pursue Payroll Service Bureau opportunities. The objective of this position is to maintain a pipeline of acquisition opportunities on a national level that will enable the Acquisition Channel to generate $15 million is revenue annually for SBS and ADP. This proven sales professional will strategically build relationships, execute the marketing plan, and be accountable for revenue results. The position will report directly to the VP of Acquisitions. Research, identify and pursue acquisition targets Cultivate executive-level relationships with Payroll Service Bureaus that will enable ADP to acquire if divestiture occurs Conduct high level presentations that demonstrate the value proposition of the ADP acquisition program Act as point of contact between seller and ADP during conversion period Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities via telemarketing, direct mail and face-to-face meetings Maintain and update database of all prospects Ensures use and compliance with all aspects of Salesforce Automation System Extensive travel




Education:
B.S./B.A. degree is required

Experience: 5 - 7 years of sales experience with a history of increasing responsibility Strategic Selling experience Extensive experience calling on C?Level executives with a strategic approach Familiar with PC and database management
