Are you a high-energy, seasoned franchise professional ready to sell a high-growth franchise program? We are currently at 180 units and growing rapidly. Your job is the quick and successful drive to 500+ units. We are looking for fill a new position as Director of Franchise Development to grow our business and manage our existing sales team. As Director of Franchise Development you will be responsible for mentoring and monitoring your sales team of Franchise Sales Directors, helping them to close deals, keeping deals on a time line and managing Area Developers.

To be considered for this position you must have:

? Successfully developed, implemented and grown a profitable franchise system

? Have a proven track-record of franchise sales success

? Be highly experienced in managing franchise sales programs and staff members

? Proven ability to work in an entrepreneurial driven company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

? Generate leads, turn leads into candidates and candidates into franchisees
? Development, accountability, and reporting for sales budgets, forecasts, and performance.
? Assist in discovery days, sales meetings, and contract negotiations.
? Sales strategic planning, competitive analysis, selling strategies, recruiting, personnel performance evaluation.
? Manage the franchise development marketing activities overseeing advertising, public relations, media, product brochures, direct mail, trade show preparation and lead generation
