Director of Franchise Sales

Franchise Marketing - Franchise start up in the adult party entertainment industry. This position will manage the design, development and distribution/placement of all sales, advertising and promotional efforts including sales materials, print ads, public relations and signing event planning.

Recruiting - The Director of Sales acts as the first point of contact for all domestic franchise candidates providing any and all sales information and materials, compiling all application materials for new prospective franchisees.

Qualifying - Effectively interfaces with Franchise Administration personnel in production and processing of development agreements. Confirms that all criteria are satisfied and candidate is qualified. Obtains necessary execution approvals. Coordinates, manage and executes Agreement Signing Events ensuring the timely/processing of Development Agreements.

General Administrative Support - Reporting, communications, other duties as requested.

A minimum of two years experience in franchise sales/direct sales and recruiting from an administrative and marketing perspective is desired. Must be a self-starter, disciplined, and organized a detail oriented. Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communications skills are a must. Microsoft proficiency is necessary with strong spreadsheet and database creation and maintenance abilities. Multi year experience in a high growth restaurant, retail, and or consultant environment preferred.
