Adgrego, Ltd. is an executive recruiting firm that specializes in the Identification, Assessment, and Capture of top sales and sales management talent in multiple industries. One of our clients is looking for a Director of Sales to head their Los Angeles office.
Our client is a full-service, industry research company providing media outlets, PR firms, publishers, marketers, and advertising agencies with a combination of off the shelf and customized research solutions.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience.....
2-10 years of sales management experience.
Solution sales/consultative sales experience.
Existing relationships within West Coast advertising agencies, media outlets, movie studios, etc.,
Compensation plan includes a base salary, quarterly bonuses, and incentives that, at plan, add up to between 225 and 250K.
