PRIMARY FUNCTION: Develop, implement and manage national account?s corporate sales strategy to achieve sales and profit goals.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage Sales and Sales Representative organizations to maximize sales efforts. Create and implement sales plans to exceed overall corporate sales and profit goals. Communicate and monitor sales goals for Sales Representatives. Develop, negotiate, and implement sales programs for National Accounts to maximize profitability. Interface with Marketing and Design to develop custom items for National Accounts. Work with representatives to review plans, programs and sales results.

 

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires a dynamic self-starter personality with exceptional relationship building skills who can demonstrate the ability to manage a sales team; develop account strategies; build account relationships and achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate should have a background in consumer goods relating to dolls, hand-held electronic games, toys, and/or children's electronics. Understanding of the retail marketplace, primarily the mass-market; and experience in managing independent rep. organizations.

 

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor?s degree and a minimum 5 years of sales management experience. Toy industry experience is preferred. We offer a competitive salary, and a full benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, vacation and sick days off.
