Director of Sales - Latin America

 

This position is responsible for developing opportunities for the sale of the organization?s products in Latin America.  This position sells the Company?s products and services using technical, organization, and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the products/services to their needs resulting in revenue generation.  In addition, the position provides input and participates in the marketing, market planning and technical development of products and services.

 

Location: US based with responsibilities for Latin America sales development.

 Qualifications:

Five plus years of sales and sales management experience with an organizational selling microwave radio type products and services to senior level executives and key department heads in Latin America.  Excellent oral and written communication skills including formal presentation skills before both small and large groups.  Demonstrated ability in problem solving and negotiation with special emphasis on closing the sales.  Experience managing large territories and state-of-the-art product offerings. A demonstrable capacity to keep abreast of new technology trends and how they would apply to real world projects.  Must be fluent in Spanish.  Specific experience in Central and South America would be a plus.

Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers.Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
