Director of Sales & Marketing - Grande Communications®

Grande Communications? is currently seeking a?talented Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the direct sales team and creatively market the value of our broadband services to the residents of Austin.

Are you a leader with a strong understanding of marketing retail services to the unique Austin demographic? A successful incumbent must be able to develop and deploy successful single family and multiple family unit marketing campaigns (including all collateral), as well as commercial accounts while continuously driving and motivating Grande's direct sales force. Our ideal candidate will possess outstanding organizational, motivational and analytical skills and have a knack for creating a FUN and challenging work environment.
