Senior Lifestyle Corporation, a premier senior housing owner and operator headquartered in Chicago, Illinois with locations throughout the United States is seeking an extraordinary candidate to join our team at our Seasons community located in Cincinnati, Ohio. 


The selected candidate will be responsible for all aspects of sales including developing referral sources, conducting tours of facility, managing leads using computerized leads management software, negotiating leases, and closing the sale. 

We are seeking an individual who is organized and professional, who possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), who has good telephone skills, and who possesses a desire to work with our resident population. Must be able to demonstrate proven sales skills, and closing ability.

Previous experience in sales and marketing for retirement communities preferred. A four-year college degree in sales, marketing, or business required. Must have solid managerial skills and experience working with budgets.
