Director of Telesales Major Accounts Allentown

Our services include: a full suite of human resource administrative services; integrated securities transaction processing and investor communications services for the financial services industry; computing solutions for auto and truck dealers and vehicle manufacturers; and computer-assisted auto damage repair estimating, parts availability, and fee and utilization audits of bodily injury claims for auto accidents and workers' compensation.The TeleSales Leader will lead a team of TeleSales Reps that use ADP sales training to sell to new and existing ADP customers in an assigned geographic territory in the United States. The team will be focused on generating new accounts as well as maintaining existing ADP accounts to generate incremental business using telephony, sales automation software and internet technologies. These are quota-bearing positions. These opportunities are part of our Telecoverage model, which involves partnerships with the Field Sales Org to help accelerate growth and provide greater service to our customers.

Lead a Major Accounts sales team responsible for selling to new prospects, clients or influence centers. This team provides business solutions that impact performance within the customer's functional areas of Human Resources.
Daily interaction with Field Sales Leaders to achieve territory revenue goals.
Provide sales mentoring and coaching to TeleSales Reps and grow their ability to leverage the telephone and web for customer presentations. Develop a teaming environment, which will foster strong cross-functional relationships that will ensure support to maximize revenue growth.
Educate Reps re the appropriate business unit sales process i.e. strategic account selling in order to penetrate existing accounts, buying process, solution design, decision structure, timing, budgetary process, contract terms, conditions, etc.
Lead and participate in regular sales and account planning meetings with Field Org and leadership team.

Bachelors degree required.

5+ years B2B selling with a minimum of 2+ years of sales leadership experience. Telesales and Professional Contact Center environment a strong plus.
?Proven track record of quota or budget attainment.
?Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment to accomplish mutual tasks and goals.
?Outstanding communication and relationship building skills.
?Excellent interpersonal skills required for effective interaction with customers and field partners.
?High degree of computer literacy and database management skills needed.
?Knowledge and use of Sales Force Automation tools: i.e. Salesforce.com or other applications strongly?? desired.
