Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Directory Manager for our Mobile office.  As a Directory Manager, you will be responsible for the overall supervision of a sales team and the canvass of that sales office to ensure that specified goals and objectives are achieved. The Directory Manager positions report to our Regional Sales Manager in the Gulf Coast region.  We are seeking candidates who will provide direction and guidance to the sales team, and who will also be accountable for achieving budgetary directives, while adhering to company policies and procedures. To achieve the necessary results, the Directory Manager must have a constant pulse on market conditions and canvass status.

Qualifications:
A four year Business degree is preferred, and a minimum of four years of sales management (preferably yellow pages) is required. The right candidate will have demonstrated leadership and motivational abilities, exceptional communication, strong organizational, time management and computer skills.

**Only candidates with yellow pages sales management experience will be considered for this position.
