We have an excellent opportunity for a District Manager.

You will perform the following functions in this key role:

Achieve annual sales goals for the district.
Implement sales and marketing programs to support Takeda's plans for U.S. growth in assigned districts.
Recruit, screen, and hire Sales Representatives for the assigned district.
Provide coaching and feedback to Sales Representatives regarding performance.
Develop the product knowledge and selling skills of the Sales Representatives.
Work with Regional Field Trainers to identify and implement training needs of the Sales Representatives.

You must possess the following requirements and experience to succeed in this position:
Bachelor's degree.
3+ years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience.

Desired:
3+ years of previous management or account management experience.
Some overnight travel required.
GI Experience
