DISTRICT OPERATIONS MANAGER

In this role, the individual will manage the operation of 14 company store locations within a region by: Implementing and developing a business plan to meet and exceed goals. Recruiting, leading, motivating and coaching a team of approximately 14 Store Managers and their staff of Store Associates. controlling receivables, inventory management, overtime, mistints and personnel allocation; and, Achieving and maintaining exceptional levels of customer service with regards to delivery, quote handling and complaint management providing continuous customer service.

Requirements include a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management as well as college degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Management.   The individual should also have knowledge of commercial/industrial paint sales and marketing; outstanding leadership skills to motivate, mentor and coach others; and exceptional dedication to customer service.  Excellent communication, strategic-thinking, and strong PC skills are also required.
