Job Description:

This position will be primarily responsible for corporate sales and marketing goals by developing an effective and coordinated team through strategic leadership. This position will cover South New Jersey. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for the coordination and activity of 10-12 pharmaceutical sales representatives. Develop strategies/tactics to optimize customer driven market opportunities. Cultivate strong relationships with physician leaders to develop new business opportunities.

The District Manager position requires a demonstrated track record of success building effective teams and meeting/exceeding regional goals. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry, sales, and/or home office assignments, and educational credentials may be considered in determining if candidates have demonstrated the skills and aptitude to perform the responsibilities of the position.
