As an Avon Division Manager, you would have ultimate responsibility for consistently generating profitable sales growth for a 20 to 40 million dollar business. Highly qualified candidates will have experience with sales planning, staff recruitment and succession planning, and coaching, developing and mentoring a staff of sales management professionals.

 



We are looking for at least 5 years of experience managing professionals, and superior leadership and communication skills. A four year degree is preferred. Mutli-level marketing experience is a plus. The Division Manager position may require up to 70% overnight travel.
