ENTRY LEVEL INSIDE SALES/ACCOUNT MANAGER

 

August is our Biggest month of the year.  We do over 20% of our biz in August.  We need five sales reps that can hit the ground running that want to make realistically $7,000 PLUS THIS MONTH.

 

Diamond Blade Warehouse is the largest supplier to contractors of industrial tools in a BILLION dollar industry.  Our primary focus is providing customers with the most cost effective tools with individualized customer service to all of our customers.

 

We currently have Entry level inside sales/ account manager positions available due to EXPLOSIVE company growth.  This position is located in our Corporate Headquarters in Buffalo Grove, IL.

We have a very unique way of training here.  All of our new Rookies are able to cross-train with veterans that are already successful.

 

In most sales jobs you are selling a service.  The first thing that you need to do is convince the customer that they NEED it.  Then convince them they need it NOW.  Then convince them that you are their best option.  With us the need is already there and it is always immediate.

 

We offer a guaranteed base vs. commission and bonus which ever is larger. We also offer med, dental, vision and 401k

 

An average sales rep will make between 35-45k their first year.  The amazing thing about this is that with some hard work you will DOUBLE that in year two, and be in SIX FIGURES by year three.
