ESTIMATOR / SALES

THE JOB: The full time, full commission ESTIMATOR / SALES position is for in-home sales of BATH FITTER remodel services.  All estimates are booked through the office with customers that contact us directly.  NO COLD CALLS!  Our contacts are from people responding to our local marketing on television, radio, direct mail, and shopping mall displays.  You must recognize problem areas in the bathroom and make appropriate recommendations.  Take specific measurements of the tub or shower so the job can be installed correctly.  Help the customer make color, style, and design choices that compliment their home as well as solve their tub or shower problem.  Get all the details on paper so the installers and plumbers will provide the exact service the customer wants and needs.

 

THE QUALIFICATIONS:  Some basic knowledge of construction, remodeling and plumbing is required.  A background in sales, especially in-home sales, is helpful too.  We will train you on the entire line of BATH FITTER products and services.  The ability to take accurate measurements and good penmanship is a must.  A neat and clean appearance is also a must.  BATH FITTER is a non-smoking environment.  A clean driving record and reliable transportation is required as well.

 

THE HOURS:  Monday through Friday.  3 to 4 estimates per day.  Early evening appointments Monday through Thursday.  NO WEEKENDS!

 

THE BENEFITS:  Health insurance, dental insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation. You are expectefd to earn at least $50,000 per year or more.
