Employee Meeting Liaison

Job Description: PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Marketing T. Rowe Price products and services, and providing education services for employees of RPS clients. Employee Meeting Liaisons conduct retirement plan meetings to encourage potential investors to enroll in their retirement plans and to educate investors on the benefits of increasing their contribution rate, revising their investment portfolio, and preparing for their retirement needs.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

-Marketing T. Rowe Price products and services by traveling to client sites to conduct presentations using a high level of professionalism to educate employees on retirement plan options and various investment topics (e.g., mutual funds, TRP products, asset allocation). Addresses individual employee questions through one-on-one interactions after the meetings.
-Working with RPS clients to develop a meeting strategy. Work with clients to determine meeting content, delivery methods, handouts, and special enrollment processes based on the Liaisons expertise and experience.
-Create retirement plan presentations by determining client objectives, researching audience needs (i.e., the employees attending the meetings), and the objectives of the client's communications consultant to ensure the presentation is appropriate and satisfies the needs of the audience, the plan sponsor, and T. Rowe Price . Ensures accuracy of data by working with internal customers and seeks approval from Legal to use certain information when necessary.
-Completes follow-up reports and sends to internal customers (e.g., relationship managers, communication consultants) to keep key players up to date on client concerns and/or any issues that occurred during the presentations. Writes client follow-up correspondence to acknowledge the client's support and contributions to the meeting. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting meeting measurement data. Communicates meeting outcomes with teammates to ensure consistency and accuracy of presentations.
-Post meeting financial analysis to gauge the success of the meeting campaign and possible case study creation. Work with the Relationship Managers and the Plan Teams to track meeting attendee actions


QUALIFICATIONS

-High School diploma or equivalent and 3 years related work experience, or college degree
-Series 63 and 7 required
-Public speaking experience required
-Strong oral and written communications skills
-Client servicing/people skills as the Liaison travels and works closely with key client contacts in business and personal settings
-Series 66 (Must earn after hire)
