Our client, the STERIS Corporation, is expanding their healthcare sales force in their sterile processing group. STERIS is seeking an individual in Atlanta who wants to be involved in the exciting launch and sales of their new innovative technology, Reliance ? Endoscope Processing System.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales accountability for territoryResponsible for creating and implementing a regional business plan to penetrate the endoscopy gastro-intestinal market. Work with a team including the Regional Manager, Clinical Education Specialist and Account Managers. You will be an efficient and effective part in building relationships, developing business plans and communicating the benefits and advantages of this new FDA approved technology.
COMPENSATIONCompensation is $75-80k base, $125-130k at plan year one with uncapped commissions. For top performers $150k or beyond is possible.Company Car, Full benefits and expenses, 401K
JOB QUALIFICATIONSBachelors degreeMinimum 3+ years Hospital Medical Sales experience GI or endoscopy experience desirableKnowledge of capital equipment sales process is desirableUnderstanding in managing sales processes with multiple decision makers Ability to travel up to 2-3 nights per week
