One of the largest universities in the country currently has immediate openings for Enrollment Coordinators, an inside sales position in the Enrollment Department. Enrollment Coordinator's daily responsibilities include contacting students via telephone to establish rapport, determine motivation and help students enroll in one of our local undergraduate or graduate degree programs. Counselors also meet with students and ensure they are fully prepared to begin their journey to graduation by familiarizing students with application procedures, class schedules and policies. Counselors make approximately 100+outbound calls per day and receive interested student transfers as well.




Requirements:
Enrollment Coordinators need to possess confidence, resilience, strong organizational skills, exceptional persistence, and a high level of commitment.



Qualified candidates must:

? Be positive achievers with excellent communication skills and a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

? Possess a proven, demonstrable sales record.

? Have earned a Bachelor's degree, which is strongly preferred but an Associate degree will be considered.

? Possess at least 2 years of inside and/or outside sales experience.
