Enterprise Software Sales Specialist

Responsibilities include selling IBM's full SW product line by leading and teaming with a host of SW sales & technical specialists.The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of IBM's Software product sets or Competitive products, should be motivated by the opportunity to drive earnings in a direct correlation to sales achievement, will have experience in either the Healthcare/Payor (like Blue Cross / Blue shield), the Insurance or the Financial Services Industry and will have outstanding interpersonal/communication skills, a positive can do attitude, strong teaming skills &, above all, unmatchable persistence. We are looking for candidates with all or some of the following skills and/or experience: Software Sales & Prospecting Skills, Account Management, Closing Skills, Relationship Building & Executive Presentations, Excellent teaming & communication skills, Knowledge of the Software Industry, Experience selling into either the Healthcare/Payor, the Insurance or the Financial Services Industry and the Ability to direct & work with the extended team. This Sales Spec. should reside in the Greater Chattanooga Area - candidates outside of this area who are willing to relocate themselves will also be considered. This position will be mobile and the successful candidate will work remotely with minimal travel required (up to 20%). Our Sales people are measured on sales results so compensation includes both base pay & commission and is commensurate with experience.
