Enterprise Solutions Architect

Responsibilities
The position will be working in conjunction with our Sales department as the technical representative for our Engineers and Account Executives and their customers during the pre-sales process. The position will be responsible for the prime technical relationship in our sales process to drive customer satisfaction by proactively delivering technical information to our customers both onsite, online and via telephone. The Solutions Architect Director will work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment to provide expert knowledge of our solutions within customer environments, demonstrate software products to business and technical audiences.


Experience and Skills:
Qualifications
1. BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in computer software or systems. Computer Science degree preferred; MBA is a plus
2. 5+ year?s experience selling both software products and services, preferably in the healthcare industry, other experience includes assisting field account executives in closing "C" level executives.
4. Practical understanding of sales methodology applied in support of enterprise class software.
5. Extensive experience in demonstrating software products to business and technical audiences.
6. Excellent presentation and oral and written communication skills to support sales to prospective and established customers
7. Strong negotiation skills
9. Must have a proven track record of working in a team sales environment.
10. Knowledge of HIPAA and Sarbanes-Oxley
