Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative

 

Job Qualifications:

 

All of the following criteria must be met:

 

-  Have completed an undergraduate degree.

-  Possess a minimum of one year selling experience in the technology or consulting service arena.

-  Must be able to call on contacts in Fortune 500 firms.

-  Highly motivated, goal-oriented and strong at building relationships.

-  Professional appearance and exceptional verbal and written communication skills a must.

-  Proven track record of achieving/exceeding measurable sales goals.

-  Ability to communicate articulately, confidently, and professionally with senior level managers and executives, both in writing and verbally.

-  Understanding of the sales process and what drives a buyer?s behavior.

-  Knowledge of marketing principles and campaigns.

-  Ability to conduct research.

-  Prior CRM usage a plus.

-  Must be a solid team player with the ability to orchestrate resources internally and externally.

 

Additional Criteria:

-  Currently live in the New York City metropolitan area (NJ, southern CT, NYC boroughs, Long Island).

-  Use of an automobile for commuting.

-  Applicants for employment must possess work authorization that does not require sponsorship by the employer for a Visa.

 

 

 

 

Job Description: 

 

RTTS provides a great experience in both the business and technology worlds, working with the premier global corporations in every major vertical industry while implementing cutting-edge tools from the industry leaders in software.

 

You will be responsible for interfacing with potential RTTS customers.  Responsibilities include:

 Conduct marketing campaign/event follow-up.Manage a prospecting pipeline within the RTTS sales database and maintain accurate information about suspects, prospects, and their companies.Promote RTTS? value proposition and create demand for software that RTTS resells Sell RTTS? public training courses within designated markets.Work closely with outside sales and marketing.Generate revenue by identifying new opportunities, driving opportunities through the sell cycle and to closure.Identify sales opportunities within existing and/or targeted new accountsParticipate in business development funding request activities, proposal development, and/or oral proposal activities.Review written proposals with their understanding of buyer values, win themes and sales messages. Develop relationships with the key client personnel at existing accounts and target new accounts through personal meetings, presentations, speaking engagements, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other business or social gatherings.
