Spherion is hiring for new positions for Nationstar Mortgage consulting firm located In Purchase!!! We are looking for self confident, independent, creative individuals interested in a long-tern career in sub-prime  lending.  These are 90 day temporary to hire positions and represent an excellent opportunity for the right person!!

 

Loan Officers are responsible for originating and selling non-conforming mortgage home equity loans and debt consolidating loans by developing and manufacturing strong relationships.  A loan officer's responsibilities will include providing sales support and strong communication to customers, processors and management from loan pre-qualification to loan closing.

 

This is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to enter this industry.  No licensing required.  Stable job history and the passion to succeed will create the opportunity for you to excel in this role! REQUIREMENTS:

 
High School diploma or equivalent is required, college is preferred.
Proven successful sales experience, preferable in sub-prime lending or consumer finance.
Minimum of one year sales' experience where relationship building is important.
Excellent presentation and organization skills.
Strong goal orientation.
Demonstrated ability for overcoming rejection. 
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Must be available to work a flexible 40 hour work week with occasional overtime.
