Sales Account Manager

Overview:
The entry-level position of Account Manager reports to the Director of Business Development. Responsible for developing new business relationships and serving as the first level of support to existing clients.

Description:

?Develop an effective understanding of the capability, benefits and competitive advantages of TransPerfect?s services.
?Identify prospective customers and individual organizations to focus sales activities. Develop new clients via cold calling, the Internet, and trade shows.
?In coordination with Sales Management, identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities.
?Promote and educate clients regarding TransPerfect Translations? services.
?Providing customer support, managing client expectations in liaison with the Production Management Team.
?Manage and control pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding company procedures.

Required Skills:
?Bachelor's degree at a minimum
?Excellent English communication (written and verbal) skills
?Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
?Strong interpersonal skills
?Effective time management
?Customer support experience

Desired Skills:
?Prior customer support and sales experience a plus

Location: Denver

Travel: 5%
